We aim to be transparent about how cancellations and refunds work across our software product and our IT services.
We offer a fully functional demo of GPlus so you can thoroughly evaluate it before buying. Because of this try-before-you-buy approach, all GPlus license purchases are final and non-refundable once activated. We encourage everyone to make full use of the demo before committing to a purchase.
Our consulting services and GPlus renewals run on an annual basis with manual renewal — there's no auto-billing. You're notified ahead of your renewal date and decide whether to proceed.
You can cancel at any time simply by not renewing for the next term. Once a payment for a service term or renewal has been made, however, it is non-refundable, and the service remains active for the full paid term.
