Offshore software development you can actually manage.

A senior-led team in India for businesses in the UK, Europe, the USA and the UAE. Agile delivery, overlapping working hours and one accountable point of contact, led by a founder with 30 years of experience.

why offshore, done properly

Offshore fails when it is treated as a black box. We run it as an open one.

The usual offshore problems are not about talent. They are unclear scope, weak communication and nobody accountable for delivery. Our founder has spent 30 years leading delivery of large products across regions, and Kreamy is built around fixing exactly those problems.

You get a small team you can talk to directly, a written scope before work starts, a demo every sprint and a project manager whose job is to keep you informed. Building in India also means a significant cost advantage compared with hiring locally, without giving up senior oversight.

how engagements work

Choose the model that fits your stage.

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome, a fixed price and milestones. Best for MVPs, well-understood builds and first engagements.

Dedicated team

A team that works only on your product, embedded in your process and tools. Best for ongoing product development.

Time & materials

Flexible capacity when scope will evolve. You control priorities sprint by sprint.

Consulting & audit

An independent review of your architecture, code or delivery process, with a clear set of recommendations.

Pilot first

Start with a small, low-risk piece of work so both sides can see how working together feels before committing.

Support & maintenance

Monitoring, bug fixes and steady improvement after launch, on a retainer or a fixed-scope window.

working hours

Time zones, honestly.

India Standard Time is UTC+5:30. Typical overlap with a normal working day on your side:

UK

About 3 to 4 hours of daily overlap. Morning calls fit naturally.

Europe

About 3 to 4 hours of daily overlap, depending on the country and season.

UAE

Nearly the whole working day overlaps, with only a 1.5 hour difference.

USA

Limited overlap. We schedule early-morning or evening calls, and rely on written updates in between.

how we work

A process built for visibility, not surprises.

01

Discover & scope

A short call to understand the problem, users and constraints, followed by a written scope with milestones, assumptions and a cost range before anything is built.

02

Plan in sprints

Work is broken into two-week sprints (Scrum or Kanban, whichever suits your team), each ending with a demo you can review and a clear plan for the next.

03

Build with visibility

You see progress in a shared board and working builds, with regular written status updates and no surprises about scope, time or budget.

04

Launch & support

We help you release, then stay on for fixes, monitoring and iteration on a retainer or a fixed-scope support window, as you prefer.

faq

Questions we hear before a project starts.

How do you handle the time difference?

We agree a fixed communication rhythm at the start: a daily or weekly call in the overlap window, a shared task board, and written status updates. Most day-to-day work does not need a live call, so the time difference matters less than people expect.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. We are happy to sign your NDA and IP-assignment terms before any work begins, and code is delivered to your repository.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Yes. We regularly fit into existing processes and tools, and can work as an extension of your team or as a separate delivery team, whichever you prefer.

How do we get started?

Book a short discovery call. We will discuss your goals, propose an approach and, if it makes sense, start with a small pilot or a fixed-scope first milestone.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope and team size. After a scoping call we give a written estimate with assumptions. Because we build from India, the cost is typically well below equivalent UK, European or US teams.

Let's talk about your project.

A short call with a senior engineer: your goals, the constraints, and a straight answer on approach, timeline and cost.
